About Irwin Marine at the Club



Irwin Marine has partnered with Wolfeboro Corinthian Yacht Club since 2006 to provide a full array of marine services to the Yacht Club members and the Wolfeboro area boating public.

à Convenient Hours – We are open 7 days a week, during the boating season, from 8am to 5pm. The fuel dock is open until 6pm on Friday & Saturday (weather permitting). Winter hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

à Mechanical Service –
Irwin Marine technicians are certified in Mercruiser, Volvo, Mercury & Yamaha Outboards. The dedicated Wolfeboro service team is backed by the specialized training from all Irwin locations and the latest in marine diagnostic tools. We provide annual service and maintenance recommendations. Our knowledgeable parts staff uses a variety of sources to ensure speedy completion of service repairs.

à Fuel Dock -
Our 120 foot gas dock allows easy access from Wolfeboro Bay. Four gas dispensers, potable water, and waste pump out station make fueling quick and convenient. We provide Citgo Mid-Grade 89 octane fuel. Payment may be made by Citgo, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, or cash.

à Ship’s Store –
We stock a large variety of parts and accessories, backed by the inventory of all Irwin locations. Most ordered items are available for next day delivery by our vendors. WCYC logo clothing is available in stock and by special order.

à Dry Sail –
We offer valet trailer boat storage with launch service for up to 26’ boats. Non members may utilize the service for one year on a trial membership basis.

à Boat Storage –
We provide a variety of winter boat storage options. Outside storage with shrinkwrap is available for sailboats and value minded power boaters. Inside storage with a comprehensive servicing program is available for powerboats. Contact us for your specific needs.

à Launch Service – WCYC
offers crane launch service utilizing a modern Terex 30 ton crane capable of launching most sail and powerboats up to 35 feet. We also provide haul and launch and local transport by hydraulic trailer for most boats up to 26 feet.

à Specialty Services –
In concert with our other locations and qualified vendors, we provide a variety of additional marine services. We are able to complete fiberglass and gel coat repairs, ranging from minor nicks and dings to major structural damage. Our canvas shop specializes in canvas repairs and new canvas fabrication. We have carpet binding capabilities to provide replacement marine carpets for your boat. Upholstery projects from minor repairs to full replacement are available. Our custom sign shop can create and install custom boat lettering and bow numbers to match your individual design. Consult with our Service team for any of your boating repair needs.

Irwin Marine 2011 Personnel

 

Rick Mader – Rick continues as Manager at WCYC with overall responsibilities as Irwin Marine’s on site manager. All personnel report directly to Rick and he is in charge of Irwin Marine operations at WCYC. Rick’s familiarity with all aspects of the WCYC operation is a huge asset.

Kim Erwin – Kim is our new Parts and Service Coordinator at WCYC. Kim is the primary point of contact for Members at the Service counter. Kim’s diverse background is well matched to her new position.

Dan Martineau – Dan is the lead marine technician for Irwin Marine at the WCYC location. Dan has returned to the marine service industry after several years working in automotive parts. Dan’s experience in servicing a variety of watercraft types is a good match for the diversified craft at WCYC.

Chris Ginter – Chris joins Irwin Marine as the yard person at WCYC. He will be handling most of the boat moves between the storage facility and waterfront. Chris has his Commercial Drivers License and Commercial Boaters License.

Greg Gabrielle – Greg is our new grounds and maintenance person. During the week he will be working to maintain and improve the physical plant. Weekends will find him assisting on the gas dock and operating the mooring tender.

Monica Mosca – Monica is returning for another year as a dockhand. Look for her in the newly self sufficient gas dock house on weekends.
