There are no reservations accepted for exclusive use of the club room. Members may host a limited party, but other members shall be free to come and go to use the kitchen, club room or patio.

A WCYC member must be present during the entire event and host the event.

There are two categories of events requiring a reservation with the Club Steward who should be contacted at WCTC.RSVP@gmail.com or 569-4941

1. A private member function: family and friends.

2. A private member-sponsored function for an outside organization

Fee: All reservations for use will require a one hundred dollar maintenance deposit. The reserving member must meet with the Club Steward or her appointee before the event to discuss usage and inspect the condition of the room. The member must meet with the Club Steward or her appointee after the event for another inspection.

If the room does not need cleaning service, fifty dollars will be refunded to the member. Fifty dollars will be retained by the club as a contribution for general maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

A reservation made with the Club Steward implies an expectation of exclusive use. Other use by members during the off-season is open as it is during the summer. There is no expectation of privacy or exclusive use. Any social activity is assumed to be open to any member present.
